Saturday 18th March 2017

Family morning for all club members and their families.

Lots of fun triathlon activities plus a chance for parents to talk to coaches and for kids to practice their skills for the upcoming season.

7:45 – 8:45 Swimming including time trials (race distance.)

8:45 – 9:15 Changing / refuelling / registration

9:15am – 10am Family Fun Run 1 mile, 2 miles or 3 miles

Drinks and cakes

British Triathlon Kit available for training including shorts, cycling tops and bibshorts, track suit tops, t-shirts, vests, Trisuits, - Donations requested to pay for bike maintenance and training kit.

10am - 10:30 Transition Training

10:45 – 12 Club Duathlon Challenge
